Warren obtained a B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Cellular, and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is currently working on an approach to immunotherapy and long-term immunization involving antigen expression by dendritic cells that are generated from lentiviral transduced autologous hematopoietic stem cells, in the laboratory of Dr. Zdenek Hel.
