Ti He obtained a B.S. degree in 2003 from Fudan University. Ti is Dr. Zhixin Zhang's laboratory which is interested in a transcripiton factor called Pax5 that plays a very important role in B cell development. They are trying to survey its unkown functions, especially in VDJ recombination process. Different modifications have been found in Pax5, which may lead it bind different factors. Ti's interest is to study those modifications and see how they make Pax5 involve in several different processes in B cell development.
