Edward Hinzman graduated from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota in 1998 with a B.S. degree in Biotechnology. He entered the Microbiology Graduate Program through the Cellular and Molecular Biology Program. Edward is working in Gail Wertz's laboratory where his research is focused on the regulation of gene expression in nonsegmented, negative-stranded RNA viruses.
