Kayci Huff received a B.S. degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida. She is enrolled in the Medical Scientist Training Program in Dr. Phillip Smith's laboratory. Kayci's project focuses on mechanisms for the loss of inflammation anergy in autoimmune diseases of the GI tract (Crohn's disease and Celiac disease).
