Kellie Jones obtained her B.S.degree from Longwood College of Virginia. She entered the Microbiology Graduate Program through the Cellular and Molecular Biology Program. Kellie is in Janet Yother's laboratory where she is examining the molecular epidemionogy of macrolide-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae.
