Nicholas Jones received his B.S. degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He entered the Microbiology Graduate Program through the Cellular and Molecular Biology Program. Nicholas is in Dr. Alex Szalai's laboratory which studies C-reactive protein, and he is studying C-reactive protein in the context of autoimmune disease, specifically rheumatoid arthritis.
