Mary Odom obtained her B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia. She entered the Microbiology Graduate Program through the Cellular and Molecular Biology Program. Mary is in the laboratory of Elliot Lefkowitz where she is using computational methods to investigate the evolution of poxviruses.
